The 2021 Season- New Season, New Goals

Well the season that wasn’t is quickly coming to an end and most of us in the multisport world are entering that phase of the season we call the off-season. That does not necessary mean me and my athletes are totally shutting things down but rather it is that phase of the season where take a step back to reflect, rekindle and re-establish as we start to look at next season.

In that vein, I sat down and put together an outline for my coached athletes to give them a bit of insight into what is in store for the year ahead, some tidbits on training, nutrition, habits and lifestyle which may help them on their path of continual improvement and a breakdown of each of the phases for the 2021 season.

I got such an excellent response from them and how they are using the guide as a template to map out their season I thought I would share it here, for those of you brave enough to read my meanderings to peruse.
