Custom One-On-One Coaching
Custom One-on-One Coaching is always the best way to get to your full potential in the shortest possible time, with the lowest possible risks of injury or overdoing it. The reason for this is in the name, “Custom,” the plan is designed for you, and in direct consultation to fit around your life and needs.
Custom programs are designed to facilitate the maximum amount of training adherence with constant over-site from the watchful eye of your coach. The primary difference in custom programs is in the data analysis, recovery metrics monitoring and personal program adjustment. These aspects of custom coaching take a lot of time on the part of your coach, which is why custom coaching is traditionally more expensive than a plan purchased on the internet or out a book.
Our custom packages are designed around your needs and the time we expect to be putting into your program, monitoring and data analysis.
Moving to Custom coaching at any level is a big step. It is worth taking the time to talk to one of our coaches about your short and long term goals, time frames and ultimately what you expect from your coach. Working with a coach is a partnership and we value the importance of that relationship. Because of this the coach / athlete relationship should start before any money changes hands in order to make sure we are the right fit for you.

Coaching Level Comparisons
BRONZE PACKAGE
$200 per/month
Long Term Annual Training Plan (designed specifically for you around your racing needs in conjunction with your coach that is geared towards your goals) primarily for the single sport athlete or the veteran athlete who desires a customized training plan but needs little guidance or instruction.
Weekly Training – Prepared 4 weeks in advance. Bike and run are compatible with most training platforms, ie Zwift, Rouvy, etc for both the bike and the run but require a power meter or foot pod.
Sport specific phase appropriate resistance training programming
Regular communication over phone or zoom with your coach (2 twice per month) Also text communication that is not limited to normal business hours, if we are awake, we will be doing our best to answer your questions as they come in.
Benchmark Testing and Training Zone Development based on testing built into your program, done at the onset of training and again at the onset of race specific training.
Weekly data analysis and workout feedback

SILVER PACKAGE
$300 per/month
Long Term Annual Training Plan (designed specifically for you around your racing needs in conjunction with your coach that is geared towards your goals)
Weekly Training – Prepared 2 weeks in advance but monitored and adjusted weekly. This give you the ability to plan ahead while also ensuing the program is fluid and adjustable based on how you are feeling, your rate of adaptation and around any potential injuries or issues that may arise. Bike and run are compatible with most training platforms, ie Zwift, Rouvy, etc for both the bike and the run but require a power meter or foot pod.
Tri specific phase appropriate resistance training programming
¼ Yearly Video Analysis of both Running or Swimming form, with in-depth feedback on areas to improve and drills and skills to implement to ensure you continue to develop and improve.
Regular 30-60min communications over phone or zoom with your coach (usually weekly) Also text communication that is not limited to normal business hours, if we are awake, we will be doing our best to answer your questions as they come in.
Benchmark Testing and Training Zone Development based on testing built into your program. Ongoing tracking of your zones to ensure they are always up to date done quarterly.
Weekly data analysis and workout feedback (Mondays) this allows us to get feedback on the last week of training and tweak your plan for the coming days to ensure maximum performance gains based on your rate of development (a critical factor in any high performance plan

Long Term Annual Training Plan (designed specifically for you around your racing needs in conjunction with your coach that is geared towards your goals)
Weekly Training – Prepared 2 weeks in advance but monitored and adjusted daily if needed. This give you the ability to plan ahead while also ensuing the program is fluid and adjustable based on how you are feeling, your rate of adaptation and around any potential injuries or issues that may arise. Bike and run are compatible with most training platforms, ie Zwift, Rouvy, etc for both the bike and the run but require a power meter or foot pod.
Tri specific phase appropriate resistance training programming
Video Analysis of both Running and Swimming form as needed with in-depth feedback on areas to improve and drills and skills to implement to ensure you continue to develop and improve. Video based feedback on bike fit and bike set up can also be provided under this level of program.
Regular communications over phone or zoom with your coach whenever they are required, when you need support, we are here to provide it. Also text communication that is not limited to normal business hours, if we are awake, we will be doing our best to answer your questions as they come in.
Benchmark Testing and Training Zone Development based on testing built into your program done quarterly with ongoing tracking of your zones to ensure they are always up to date done when there appears to be a plateau in training response.
Daily data analysis and workout feedback (Mondays – Fridays) this allows us to get feedback on your training daily and tweak your plan for the coming days to ensure maximum performance gains based on your rate of development (a critical factor in any high-performance plan).
In depth data analysis using cutting edge programming via WKO5 to address progress, identify limiters and further athlete specific training programming.
Recovery Metrics Monitoring – This ensures that we can maximize training adaptation with a lot less risk of having you overload your system. This increases your chances of success while decreasing your risks of injury.
Hydration and electrolyte testing using NIX hydration biosensor testing (mailed to you and to be returned the Catalyst upon completion of testing).
Lactate Threshold testing if local to the Greater Boston area available upon request.
