 Recovery is the most commonly overlooked, ignored and or forgotten element to health and performance. We all lead crazy lives and often  feel more is better. If I work more then I’ll have more, if I do one more set I will be stronger, the harder I push on the bike will make me faster, is the common thought process, but unfortunately, this is not always the case. For the body to respond to the stressors we place on it, more hours, longer training, more reps, there has to be adequate recovery. Without adequate recovery we risk injury, illness and loss of performance.
